God often uses our deepest pain as a launching pad as our greatest calling. We can’t always see where the road leads But God promises there’s something better up ahead, we just have to trust Him, Psalm 56:3
There is so much power, clarity and comfort in that passage, read it again, let your mind absorb the words and the promise that God offers us. Right now the weight and despair we are carrying oftentimes blinds us of the true promise that God has made. Are we so entrenched in our despair that we cannot accept these words? Have we become so complacent in our misery that we are not willing to let God empower us even through our deepest pain?
Wherever you are right now in your life is exactly where you choose to be. Think about that statement. Are we so unworthy that we feel this is what our life is about? Are you choosing to hold yourself in this despair because you won’t allow yourself the choice?. If someone held out their hand and said “come with me and I will make your life perfect”. Would you go or would you deny the helping hand? God has given you a choice, accept His words, His promise, Because right now you do have a choice. Stay in despair or empower yourself to move forward.
The road maybe a little bumpy at first and your circumstances may not change overnight, but hold steadfast to His promise. Make that commitment to give it all to Him, let the despair go. once you have given it up move forward in absolute faith. Let His promise empower you each day. During my moments of weakness, or self doubt, I continue to say: “Praise God From Whom All Blessings Flow”. Those words are a blessing to me each and every day and I pray that these words will empower you as well.
